Base: Any Sustrans Office or Homeworking

Up to 30 hours per week

Initial home working may be expected due to office closures during current C19 restrictions

About the Role

Acting as a professional senior lead for volunteering, you will provide expert advice and support for all staff managing volunteers and deputise for the Head of Volunteering as required.

You will also manage programmes of work including a focus on inclusion and diversity and a review of IT and digital systems

About You

We believe in working collaboratively, so are looking for someone with a track record of building productive relationships.

You will be someone who thinks strategically and creatively and is a natural influencer, with the ability to inspire people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
