About the Role
We want to build on our flexible working credentials by moving towards a ‘blended’ approach to where and the way people work.
Reporting to the Executive Director of People & Organisation Development, you will lead this initiative, working alongside our Directors to ensure a smooth transition out of Covid-related restrictions and into new ways of working.
Co-ordinating and delivering activities that facilitate a blended approach to remote and office working within the charity, you will play a key part in ensuring our workplaces optimise teamwork and productivity in a way that improves the charity’s operating model, promotes our values and strengthens our commitment to inclusion and diversity.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the way a key national organisation operates for years to come.
We believe in working collaboratively, so are looking for someone who is able to build relationships and respect quickly with senior leaders and their teams, working with and through others.
You will have extensive experience of leading change management, complex programme management and a strong interest in organisation design and development. You may also have experience in leading/creating a blended approach to future working or workplace design.
With a commitment to inclusion and diversity, you will be someone who is proactive, organised, creative and analytical, with strong research, communication and presentation skills.
If this is you, we would love to hear from you!
