We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced horticulturist to contribute to nature’s recovery in Cumbria. We’re looking for someone with the experience to develop a sustainable business model for a peat and pesticide free nursery, the drive to bring their plans to life, and a passion for growing and wildlife gardening that they can share with volunteers and visitors. Through growing native wildflowers for habitat restoration, and non-native wildlife-friendly garden plants for public sale, the nursery will contribute to habitat restoration across Cumbria and generate income that can be reinvested in conservation.

35 hours per week. Permanent.
