Job Title: Head of Land Management
Salary: £45,276 – £51,809 (Band F) plus excellent benefits such as flexitime, generous annual leave and a defined pension scheme to name just a few
Contract: Permanent Contract
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, although part time hours of 30/week may be considered, as may a job share

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Land Management to join a fast paced and high performing organisation at a truly exciting time for Scotland’s National Parks.
The Cairngorms National Park is the largest in the UK and covers 4500km2. The land is owned and managed by private, public and third sector organisations with differing approaches and objectives. This role is about working with your team and land managers across the Park to deliver the objectives set out in the National Park Partnership Plan. This includes work on landscape-scale projects, deer management, woodland expansion, peatland restoration, moorland management and farming. You will work collaboratively in a complex area. This means being able to work at a national level on policy issues and most importantly pragmatically help to make the right things happen on the ground with a range of partner organisations.
