About the Role
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to develop a career as an Engineer and is passionate about sustainability to join our Network Development Team in designing and delivering outstanding walking and cycling infrastructure.
Your role will see you developing and improving the National Cycle Network and Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plans through our “Paths for Everyone” and “Liveable Towns and Cities” programmes as we seek to develop and upgrade high quality traffic free routes and work with local communities to encourage greater active travel.
We are looking for somebody with experience of infrastructure design and producing engineering drawings.
You will also have an HND/degree level qualification in a related field.
Ideally, you will bring your understanding of disability and/or minority background to bear on our ambition for our streets to function for everyone.
