£28,933 per annum (inclusive of a London Weighting allowance of £3,995pa)

Fixed Term until March 2022

37.5 hours per week – based in Bethnal Green, with the flexibility to work from home

About the Role

We are now looking for a Business Development Officer to join our 80-person team, helping to turn Sustrans’ vision for a happier and healthier London into a reality.

Supporting the Senior Business Development Officer in generating new business for the charity, you will have the opportunity to develop strategies for income generation, coordinate proposals across our delivery teams, and develop relationships with clients in the private and public sector that could lead to commissions.

About You

We believe in working collaboratively, so are looking for someone who can work as part of a team to develop successful funding and business opportunities.

You will have experience of the business development/ bid writing process, with the ability to summarise and communicate information clearly.
